Introduction

These terms apply to casual bookings of meeting rooms, desks, day offices, allied health rooms, wellness facilities, studios and parking made through the Main Office online booking page. By making a booking, you agree to the terms below.

 

Bookings and Payment

Prices are listed exclusive of GST; the total including GST is always shown before you pay.

• Card payments: Your booking is confirmed immediately.
• Bank transfer: Your booking is held until the payment deadline shown on your invoice. If payment has not reached us by that deadline, the hold is released and the time becomes available to others.

A tax invoice is emailed to you for every booking.

 

Notice

Online bookings require at least 24 hours’ notice. For same-day needs, call us on 1800 841 548 and we will do our best to help.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

To change or cancel a booking, reply to your confirmation email or call 1800 841 548. Refunds and credits are assessed case by case. As a guide:

• A booking cancelled within 24 hours of it being made is normally credited in full
• No-shows are not automatically refunded
• Where a refund is approved, card payments are returned to the original card and a credit note is issued against your invoice

 

Using the Space

Bookings run within our opening hours and end at the booked time so the space is ready for the next guest. Please:

• Come to reception upon arrival
• Leave the space as you found it
• Let us know of any damage

You are responsible for your visitors and belongings. On-site parking is available only where a parking space has been booked; free street parking is available next door at Mutch Park.

 

Wellness Facilities

Sauna sessions are used at your own risk. Follow the posted safety guidance, and do not use the sauna if pregnant or if you have a medical condition affected by heat. Staff may ask you to complete a waiver before your first session.

 

Declined or Cancelled Bookings

We may decline or cancel a booking where the intended use is unsafe, unlawful or unsuitable for the space. In that case you receive a full refund.

 

Liability

Main Office’s liability in connection with a casual booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

Privacy

Your details are handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

 

Changes

We may update these booking terms. The latest version will always appear on mainoffice.com.au.
