Main Office started as a family business with a simple idea: Eastern Suburbs businesses should be able to work somewhere they are proud of, close to home, without the commute to the CBD. Since opening in 2024 in Pagewood, it has grown into a partner for local businesses of every size, from a one person office to a growing team in a private office.
We take the hassle out of office management, with flexible monthly terms and everything in one place, so you can focus on what really matters: growing your business.
And we never stop building: the Wellness Hub with a gym and saunas, a podcast studio and, most recently, a golf simulator.

Main Office has one location on purpose. The family wanted a single business hub in the Eastern Suburbs with everything under one roof, from private offices and coworking to meeting rooms, a podcast studio, a gym and 2 saunas, run by owners who are there every day rather than spread across many sites.
How many offices does Main Office have?
Main Office has 70 private offices and 4 meeting rooms in one building in Pagewood, plus coworking desks, virtual offices, a podcast studio, a commercial kitchen, a gym, 2 saunas and more than 50 parking spaces. Private offices start from $640 a month, excluding GST, on flexible monthly terms with no lock-in contract.
What has been added since Main Office opened?
Main Office has never stopped building since it opened in 2024. The Wellness Hub now has a gym and 2 infrared saunas, the podcast studio is open for recordings, and most recently a golf simulator was added, all in the same building as the private offices, coworking and meeting rooms.
Can I visit Main Office before I decide?
Yes. You can book a free tour of Main Office in Pagewood, and there are 1-3 day trials for coworking and private offices so you can work in the space before you commit. Reception is open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
