The Wellness Hub brings together 2 Kylin infrared saunas, a commercial-grade gym, 3 private shower suites and a sunny outdoor terrace at 41-51 Wentworth Avenue, Pagewood, alongside our private offices, coworking desks and podcast studio. Complimentary snacks, drinks, and barista-style coffee are also included, making it easy to refuel between meetings or workouts.

An infrared sauna session at Main Office costs $30 + GST ($33 inc GST) and runs for 30 minutes as a private booking. You book online through the Main Office portal and can purchase multiple sessions in a single booking. Fresh towels are provided, and each of the 2 Kylin saunas has a Bluetooth sound system and red and blue light therapy.
How much is a casual gym session and how long is the pass valid?
A casual gym session at Main Office costs $15 + GST ($16.50 inc GST) per day. The pass is valid only for the day you book, and you can book up to 5 consecutive weekdays in one go. Bookings are made online through the Main Office portal, and you do not need to be a member to buy a casual pass.
Do I need to be a Main Office member to use the gym or sauna?
No. Main Office opens limited one-time bookings to the public, so anyone can book a $33 inc GST sauna session or a $16.50 inc GST gym day pass online. Members get more: monthly office memberships include three months of complimentary gym access plus free sauna credits, and exclusive wellness packages are reserved for members only.

The Main Office gym is fitted with brand-new commercial-grade equipment and a full mirrored training space, with additional indoor and outdoor workout areas.
