Available to hire for only $ 35 per hour (excl. GST) from 8:30am – 5:00pm, with after-hours access available.
A refundable deposit is required prior to hire. The deposit amount is $350 when the iCombi Pro oven is not used, or $600 when the iCombi Pro oven is included in the booking.
The deposit will be fully refunded once the space and equipment have been inspected and confirmed to be left clean and in its original condition.

A refundable deposit applies - $300 without the iCombi Pro oven, $600 with it - returned once the space is inspected clean and undamaged. Fridge/freezer shelf storage is $19 per shelf per week. The kitchen includes a Rational iCombi Pro gas combi oven, a 2-burner gas cooktop with griddle and static oven, a FastFri gas deep fryer, Kenwood and Robot Coupe food processors, a Robot Coupe planetary mixer, an Eswood pass-through dishwasher, a microwave, a stainless-steel double sink and workstation, a commercial upright fridge and freezer, dry storage, chopping boards, pots and smallware. Wi-Fi, snacks and refreshments are provided.
When can I access the kitchen?
The kitchen is available 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with after-hours access by arrangement for approved regular hirers. Let the team know if you need an early or late session and they'll confirm what's possible.
What's the minimum hire?
There's a 2-hour minimum hire, charged at $35 per hour (exc. GST). Beyond that you book by the hour for as long as you need the space.
Is the kitchen suitable for a pop-up or ghost kitchen?
Yes. With short-term, flexible hire the kitchen suits testing a food concept, catering runs, market-stall prep or online-only (ghost kitchen) fulfilment - commercial-grade equipment, storage and cleaning without a long-term lease.
Is there a deposit?
